At Gol Art, we proudly offer worldwide shipping through our dedicated in-house shipping department. For customers purchasing multiple items, we provide a combined shipping service to ensure cost efficiency. Each item is carefully packed using premium materials, and all shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes:

• Please allow up to 3 business days for order verification and processing.
• Once processed, delivery typically takes an additional 3-10 business days.*

Upon completion of order processing, you will receive an email confirmation, including your order number, which allows you to track your shipment. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, so ensure a physical address is provided at checkout to avoid delays.

Shipping Address & Requests:

• All shipping requests or inquiries must be submitted in writing via email. Please contact us at info@golart.com, referencing your invoice number.
• Ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate to prevent any delays.

Shipping Carriers:

• All shipments must be handled either by Gol Art or through an insured carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
• For security reasons, we do not offer a will-call option. Our inventory is stored at a secured, off-site location, and as such, we are unable to accommodate in-person pickups.
